Chapman Developments is a Christchurch Company owned by Dion Chapman. A trade-qualified home builder with 30 plus years experience. After completing his apprenticeship with a Christchurch Building Company in 1987, two years later going into business for himself. (DJ Builders). This was a great starting point. After a few years Dion expanded the business and formed Chapman Developments as a Limited company. It's taken off since then.
Both of Dion's sons have been actively involved in the company, with one son completing his apprenticeship under Chapman Developments in 2014.
Dion personally works on every client's job from the planning stage to completion. Dion prides himself on the one on one personal touch. Nothing is a problem.
